Run of Show Document
This document is to be used for setting up the virtual experience. The Producer typically makes edits to this document. Please note: there may be some adjustments made to this template to suit the needs of the Chapter or Instructor. Reach out to the Producer / Chapter Lead to ask for the up to date Run of Show document before the experience. Read through the Instructor responsibilities in the “Setting up the Experience” and the “Run of Show” tab. Please review this document prior to the workshop.
Virtual Security Measures Document
If a learner needs to be removed from an experience, the Producer can do it. As an Instructor please inform your Producer if a learner is violating our Code of Conduct or Coder’s Code and needs to be removed. Strategies and reasons a learner might need to be removed from an experience are linked in this document. Once they are removed from an experience, the Producer should contact their CSM.
