Recognizing our funders on LLC Code Day:

Instructors: Before the workshop, check in with your Producer if you will be completing this task on LLC Day.

• On September 26th, check with your Producer before the start of the workshop to see if all participants have signed our media release!
• Then, ask the learners if they’d like to say thank you to Google with a photo or recording by turning their camera on or off (whatever makes them comfortable).
• Encourage the learners to smile, then take a screen shot of the group smiling. Another option is to record a part of the workshop where participants say: “Thank you, Google!”
• Save all files and send to your Producer at the end of your experience

Mentors: You can be involved in the thank you by participating in the photo, or the recording.

Producers:

• Check with your CSM before moving forward with this photo or recording option
• Check that all learners have signed our media release form in Eventbrite
• Send and post the files to our magic moments slack channel with the hashtag #llcCodeDay
• Send files to your CSM directly after the workshop
