Each workshop scheduled will have their own team to coordinate the event. These teams have been connected ahead of the workshop via email from Liz, Director of Delivery.

Communication between teams will be the role of the Producer (Chapter Lead). If you have questions about the experience, please connect with your Producer. The Producer will provide any event specific information to you ahead of the event.

You will also have access to 2 private LLC Day 2020 Slack channels.
All Members Channel (llc-day-2020)
The all members channel includes LLC Day Instructors, Mentors, Producers, and HQ Staff. You will be added to the all members involved channel no later than September 4th. This channel is a place to ask questions, and to receive realtime updates from HQ members about LLC Day specific information before and after the experience. If you have not been added to the slack channel by September 4th, please request an invite here or connect with chaptersupport@canadalearningcode.ca.
Experience Based Channel (llcday-[city]-[time]-est)
The experience based channel includes only the members directly involved in your workshop. You can use this channel during the workshop to communicate outside of Zoom.
