Alternative hosts is a feature in Zoom that allows people to enter in and out of a virtual workshop without using the waiting room. It is important to add this alternative host list to your meeting in case HQ staff members need to enter your experience quickly.

When you create the Zoom meeting for the LLC Day workshop, you must add the alternative hosts at the same time. Click the ‘advanced options’ button and add the email addresses below to the alternative hosts field (the last step).Copy and paste this list below to the alternative host section. Please keep the format the same or type the emails in manually. Please include commas. You can copy from this document here.

Once you have completed your meeting link with the alternative host list, please ensure that link is forwarded to your CSM.
