Virtual Tools – 2020 Document
The first tab “Producer Training” has a list of tutorials for Zoom functions. If you are unsure how to complete a certain action in zoom, consult this sheet. The 2nd tab “Zoom Profile Enable/Disable” is how to setup your account as a Producer for the first time. Once you change these settings, you do not need to change them back. However, it is good practice after every Zoom update, that you see if the update has adjusted your settings. The 3rd tab “Meeting Options” is how to setup your Zoom meetings for the workshops you will be providing.

This document is to be used for setting up your waiting room. the waiting room setup is for the workshops you will be providing.

Run of Show Document
This document is to be used for setting up your virtual experience. Chapters need to make a copy of this document, and adjust it to the needs of your workshop. It is recommended you do this prior to contacting your Instructor. Consult your CSM’s for additional support.

Virtual Security Measures Document
If a learner needs to be removed from an experience, you have the autonomy to do so. Reasons a learner might need to be removed from an experience are linked in this document and include a template of responses. Once you remove a learner from an experience, please contact your CSM for support.

This document is used for understanding, sourcing, and cataloging Magic Moments while we are virtual. Please refer to this document when sharing Magic Moments.
